We have always loved children and the joy, energy, and warmth they bring, so wanting a family was an easy decision. We would like to have two children, so that they can play together, grow up together, and be there for one another when they get older.

We are open to maintaining contact with you, as we feel it is healthy for both the child and the birthparent(s) to maintain a relationship, as Andrew has had with his birthmother.

Being raised in the Chinese and Italian cultures, we were taught to value the importance of family, which is something we would like to pass on to our children, in addition to our family traditions.

Also, we were both raised as Catholics and went to Catholic school, where we learned strong moral values and to have respect and compassion for all people. Although we are no longer practicing Catholics, we would still like to pass on these values to our children.

Education has always been important to us because it truly has opened up a world of possibility for us. We will emphasize academics with our children, but at the same time we will introduce them to a variety of other artistic and athletic activities including sports such as swimming and baseball, visual arts, playing music and acting.

We will always encourage our children to pursue whatever they enjoy, and to always view the world with curiosity, optimism, and a sense of adventure.

Dear Birthmother:

We hope our website gives you an idea of the type of home we can provide to the new baby that we are so looking forward to bringing into our family. Whatever your decision as a birthmother, we sincerely hope you do what you feel is best for both you and your baby. If you are considering adoption for your baby, there are two ways you can reach out:

Feel free to call or text us anytime at 347-307-2081 to learn more about us, ask us questions about our experiences adopting Andrew, and get to know us a little. You can also email us at adoption@albertandrich.com.

Or, we are working with a specialist in helping to bring together birthmothers and adoptive parents, our adoption attorney Laurie Goldheim. She can be reached at 1-800-221-6489, and is very knowledgeable about the adoption process.
