Rich

A native of New England, Rich is a wonderfully affectionate, loving, and gentle soul with a zest for life.

Both Rich’s Mom and Dad are from Italian-American families, and although they separated when he was only two, there was never a shortage of love to go around! Rich’s Mom remarried and gave Rich three half-sisters: Brittany and the twins Morgan and Taylor. Meanwhile, Rich’s Dad also remarried and gave Rich three half-brothers: Jason, Chris, and Michael.

081Cancer had a strong impact on Rich’s childhood and his college years since both his Mom Doreen and brother Jason are cancer survivors. Now in his thirties, Rich is a professor studying cancer biology. When not working on a cure for cancer, Rich enjoys spending time with our adopted son Andrew, playing tennis and squash, roughing it in the wilderness, playing board games, and watching baseball.

IMG_0013He’s also pretty handy fixing things around the house and knows his way around the kitchen. It must be the Italian in him that can make his own pasta sauce, pesto, and lentil soup from scratch.

Dear Birthmother:

We hope our website gives you an idea of the type of home we can provide to the new baby that we are so looking forward to bringing into our family.
